Rowans Hospice is dedicated to improving the lives of people living with life-limiting illnesses, their families and carers in Portsmouth and South East Hampshire.
We offer specialist support wherever it is needed, either at the Hospice, at home or within the local community.
As a charity, we couldn’t provide these services without our fantastic supporters and volunteers who dedicate their time and money to help others.
