Important updates are made regularly, please check before visiting the Hospice.
The health, safety and wellbeing of our patients, their families and our staff remains our absolute priority and like all health organisations, we have been impacted by COVID-19, affecting both patients and staff within Rowans Hospice Charity. All visitors must wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), to include a surgical 11R mask, plastic apron and gloves at all times in order to ensure they are protecting the person they have come to visit, as well as the staff and volunteers who are caring for the person they are visiting. We are enabling limited visiting to patients, recognising the importance of maintaining connections with close family and friends. However, we can only continue to support visiting if everyone plays their part in keeping each other safe by following this guidance and adhering to the Visiting Policy.
If you have any symptoms of COVID-19 or have been told to self-isolate you must contact the Hospice before visiting.
