We could not provide the level of care we do without the help of more than 1000 hospice volunteers across all of our services.

Our volunteers take on a huge variety of important and rewarding roles throughout our charity.

As the need for our services continues to grow we are always grateful for new volunteers.

Hospice volunteer work is an extremely rewarding experience where you can learn new skills and meet lots of like-minded people.  You’ll be directly helping people from your local community at the time they need it most. You can also gain valuable work experience and volunteering always looks great on a CV.

“The shop may have changed but people don’t. I have enjoyed working as a volunteer and hope to continue for a few more years yet. I would certainly recommend to anyone thinking about it to give it a try.”
