Please note, all of our shops are closed for the duration of the second national lockdown in England. We will notify you here when we are due to reopen.

The good news is that we have been able to keep our Warehouse open to accept donations by appointment. Please call our Stop n Drop number 023 9238 3611 to donate your preloved goods and support your local Hospice.

Please see below what we can and can not accept at the moment. Thank you again for your ongoing understanding, patience and support of the Charity.

Retail Gift Aid

gift aidBy enabling us to claim Gift Aid on your donated items, we get an extra 25p for every £1 raised, generating vital extra income for us at no extra cost to you.

Please fill out a form when you take donations to Farlington. We can not process retail Gift Aid applications in our shops at the moment.

Terms and Conditions
To be eligible for the Gift Aid scheme, you must be a UK tax payer and have paid enough Income or Capital Gains tax to cover all of your donations. Please read our full Gift Aid Terms and Conditions.

      Whilst we are grateful for all donations, there are some items we cannot accept due to Health and Safety or legal reasons.
      If you have read this list and you’re still not sure if your item will be accepted, please call your nearest shop who will advise you.

      • furniture with noticeable rips, stains, chips, cracks and scratches
      • furniture with missing parts or damage that may make the item unsafe
