Important Announcement About our Retail Shops (click to expand)

With our staff, volunteers and customers at the forefront of our plans, we are taking every precaution to ensure that our shops comply with the required COVID measures.  Prior to lockdown our Retail team worked hard to deep clean all areas of our shops and we now have a small group of staff working equally as hard to prepare each of the shops in readiness for their re-opening.

Whilst the Retail sector is beginning to re-open their shops this week, we have taken the decision to re-open some of our shops with effect from the first week in July, with other opening in a phased approach throughout the rest of that month.

You may already be aware that we will be unable to receive donations in our shops for the foreseeable future and in order that we can continue to receive your pre-loved quality items, we are at present working hard to organise ‘donation stations’ around our area so that you will be able to continue to donate to the Charity.

We are grateful to our fantastic team of Retail Volunteers and can’t wait to invite them back into the shops when we have organised all COVID measures and it is safe for them to support us in their volunteering roles once again.  We will be in touch with all volunteers in the next few weeks to provide a full update.

We will update all social media channels with the next steps of the detail of our ‘donation stations’ and our re-opening plans and we can’t wait to the time that we can invite you back into our shops once again.
