It costs over £5.8 million a year to provide our services - only 15% of which is NHS funded. Delivering the end-of-life care we do would be impossible without the fantastic fundraising support we get from the people & communities of Portsmouth and SE Hampshire.


Every year 1000s of individuals, groups of friends and work colleagues fundraise for us. You can take part in our events, from a walk with your dog to adrenaline-filled skydives! Or, plan a fundraising event of your own - we’ve got fun event ideas to help you get started, practical tips for planning an event and  fundraising tips to help you raise money too.

The Rowans Purbrook Summer Fete

Rowans Hospice has 11 Support Groups which hold regular fundraising events such as coffee mornings, fairs, skittles evenings and sales. Everyone is welcome to their events and we always welcome new members. If you’re interested in getting involved, please go to join a Support Group.
