Sharing your views and experiences is important to us. Feedback enables us to look at how we can learn, develop and improve the services we provide. Questionnaires, in-patient surveys and feedback cards are just some of the ways in which we listen to our patients and families. We investigate all complaints and concerns that are raised and take appropriate action.​​
