How to raise a concern and how to make a complaint

If you have a complaint about your treatment, or if any aspect of the running of the Hospice is causing you concern and has not been dealt with by the registered proprietor, you can send us an email with your concern or complaint:

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is responsible for inspecting independent hospitals and hospices. If you wish to obtain a copy of the inspection report, please visit the CQC website here or contact the CQC directly.
