If you have a complaint about your treatment, or if any aspect of the running of the Hospice is causing you concern and has not been dealt with by the registered proprietor (Kirsteen Murray, Chief Executive), then please use the form below to register your complaint.

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is responsible for inspecting independent hospitals and hospices. If you wish to obtain a copy of the inspection report, please visit the CQC website here or contact the CQC directly. You can also contact the CQC if you are not satisfied with our service provision.
