Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint about your treatment or if any aspect of the running of the Hospice is causing you concern and has not been dealt with by the registered proprietor (Ruth White, Chief Executive), then please register your complaint with The Local Government Ombudsman.

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is responsible for inspecting independent hospitals and hospices. If you wish to obtain a copy of the inspection report, contact the Care Quality Commission.

If you are not satisfied with our service provision, you can inform the CQC and advise them that you have contacted the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsmen.
