The group will lead with themes to discuss around bereavement, grief and loss with a rolling programme, and will eventually feed into the friendship group and walking groups.
Our groups will allow you to be around people who are going through the same experience as you, and provide opportunity to explore feelings and experiences and be supported in a caring, safe and relaxed environment.
You will be booked in the 8-week sessions but you have the option to dip in and out as you need. There will be common themes we will discuss within the groups, but they can always be repeated as needed. Themes will be common responses, physical effects and emotional symptoms of grief and how we can take care of ourselves.
