Mindfulness can support us to become more self-aware, feel calmer and less stressed, to manage difficult emotions and thoughts, and to be kinder towards ourselves.
In this introduction to mindfulness, we will explore different techniques for becoming more mindful in our day-to-day lives. Techniques include meditation, mindful movement, and breathwork, with time given to discussion too.
These sessions will be led by a trained professional, and no prior experience is necessary.
