Charity raffles are a fun way to fundraise for Hospice care, giving you the chance to win fantastic prizes donated by generous local businesses and individuals.

Rowans Hospice holds charity raffles throughout the year which raise around £45,000 for local Hospice care. Take part and help make a difference today.

The Rowans Hospice is licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 32814.

YOU MUST BE 16 YEARS OR OVER TO PLAY OR CLAIM A PRIZE
Promoter: Carol Milner, Rowans Hospice, Purbrook Heath Road, Purbrook, Waterlooville, Hampshire, PO7 5RU.

The prize winners will be notified automatically – no need to claim. Any late entries will be treated as donations. All proceeds to Rowans Hospice.

How the draws take place and your chance of winning

All valid tickets are entered into the draw, and then the winning tickets are drawn by an official of Rowans Hospice. All prizes are guaranteed, there are no rollovers.

In our last draw, the Christmas Raffle draw that took place in December 2022, there were 15,810 tickets in the draw. The chances of winning in that draw were:

1st prize – 1 in 15,810 chance

2nd prize – 1 in 15,809 chance

3rd prize – 1 in 15,808 chance

4th prize – 1 in 15,807 chance

5th prize – 1 in 15,806 chance

6th prize – 1 in 15,805 chance

7th prize – 1 in 15,804 chance

8th prize – 1 in 15,803 chance

9th prize – 1 in 15,802 chance

10th prize – 1 in 15,801 chance

Actual numbers in each draw will vary. For information, the number of tickets in each of our last three draws was as follows:

Christmas Draw (December 2022) – 15,810
Summer Draw (September 2022) – 17,246
3-2-1 Draw (March 2022) – 14,677

How our Charity Raffle proceeds are used

In the Financial Year 2022/23 we raised £45,766 in Raffle ticket sales, of which 59% was spent on patient care, 17% was spent on prizes and 24% on expenses.
