The online Tree of Lights is part of our annual Light up a Life Appeal and is an opportunity to reflect on life and memories shared with loved ones who are no longer with us. Making a dedication to someone who has passed away, is for many, a special way to remember and celebrate their life.

Once you have completed your dedication it will appear as a shining star on the Tree of Lights. We understand that not everybody is able to make a donation, however if you are able to do so, you will be providing vital funds to support local Hospice care and will receive a Light up a Life thank you card in the post.
The Charity’s reliance on voluntary donations remains critical in the aftermath of the COVID-19 Pandemic and we are calling upon the local community for help. All funds raised through the Light up a Life Appeal will be supporting the future of local Hospice care.
