This is a therapeutic opportunity for Living Well clients to complete a life review project. This encourages patients to reflect on their lives and find meaning in their experiences, which can help them find a sense of completion, reduce emotional suffering and create lasting legacies.
Each client would attend 3 consecutive weekly sessions, and have a volunteer present to type up their notes, accompanied by a Nurse to support and structure the discussion. Clients choose the content and may also wish to share photos. At the end of the sessions, there is the option to get a folder with the project enclosed.
