Stallholder Booking Form

Important information:

• No Raffles or Tombola’s will be allowed – Rowans Hospice Charity will be selling their own raffle tickets for their Summer raffle
• Confirmation of the booking will be on a first come first served basis – Rowans Hospice Charity’s decision is final
• Completion of the booking does not guarantee a space until it has been confirmed in writing by Rowans Hospice Charity
• Please ensure you provide full details of your product, this will assist us with the duplication of any stalls

Terms and Conditions

1. All stalls must be booked in advance. 
2. Stall holders will be held responsible for any loss or damage caused to the Event site. 
3. Space allocations will be determined by the Organiser (Rowans Hospice Charity). 
4. Details of space allocation set up and take down will be sent to the stallholder prior to the event. 
5. It is the stall holder’s responsibility to obtain permission, license, and public liability insurance needed by the relevant regulatory bodies, ensuring their merchandise is produced to a safe standard. 
6. All Exhibitors are expected to supply their own marquees or gazebos.
7. Exhibitors must construct their own marquees/gazebos and are responsible for the safety and worthiness of constructions. 
8. Any bodies or organisations that wish to share a stand must make a separate application stating their intentions to do so. 
9. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse applications. This application does not confirm your stall until you have received a confirmation letter. 
10. Stall holders are responsible for the removal of all litter, waste, stand materials, etc. from their stall space. Stall holders must responsibly remove their waste off-site. 
11. No advertising or promotional material is to be erected, displayed, attached, or distributed outside the boundaries of the stall without the permission of the Organiser. 
12. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions may result in space allocation withdrawal. 
13. All fees are non-refundable unless cancelled by the Organiser. 
14. The Organiser reserves the right to change or amend the booking if deemed necessary. 
15. When the application has been confirmed in writing by Rowans Hospice Charity, stallholders must send through a high–quality image of their business logo and all requested health & safety documentation within 1 week of acceptance.
