Retail Business Support Assistant – Farlington Warehouse

Hourly rate £9.50

16 hours per week – 8am – 4.30pm

(This position will require the applicant to work additional hours to support annual leave cover, this could be up to a maximum of 40 hours)

We are looking for  2 Retail Business Support Assistant to join our team at the Farlington Warehouse. We are looking for commercially minded and community focused individuals who will join a diverse team, taking a pro-active approach to develop the On-line proposition, together with the receipt, processing and allocation of donations in all areas of the retail business so that income generation opportunities and targets are developed and achieved across the Charity.

We are particularly interested in speaking to people who have experience working in a fast-paced warehouse, including processing donations and administration, preferably in the retail sector. The applicant will need knowledge and experience of selling on all on line platforms to include photography and have an awareness of fashion brands, being able to identify antiques and collectables with an excellent telephone and customer service skills. they will need the skills in identifying income generation stream across retail platforms to maximise opportunities for income and actively promoting all Rowans initiatives and campaigns, promoting awareness of the Charity.

There will also be opportunity to work additional hours to support annual leave cover, this could be up to a maximum of 40 hours.
