About Us

Rowans Hospice is a charity that provides free care and support to adults and their families living in the Portsmouth and South-East Hampshire region who have a life-limiting illness. Established in 1994, our income is generated by ongoing support of the local community, donations, legacies, fundraising and through our retail shops.

The Role

We are looking for a shared or single person as a Receptionist to join our Facilities team on a part-time basis (30 hours per week). The work pattern covers:

Monday to Friday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Thursday & Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Working alongside fellow Receptionists and Volunteer Receptionists, you will be the first point of contact for all internal and external inquiries. You will ensure high-quality customer service, oversee front desk operations, and support volunteers in areas such as administration, compliance, and facilities management.
