People Services Volunteer  

Flexible hours of approx 4-8 hrs per week (within office opening hours of 09:00 – 17:30) 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Volunteer to join the People Team. The role will be fast paced and varied, providing support for the HR & Volunteer Services Team.   

The successful volunteer will; 

• Have experience within an PA/Administration role that has handled sensitive and confidential data 

• Desirable to be holding or working towards a CIPD qualification  

• Can demonstrate competency and proficiency in the use of all Microsoft office applications especially excel and powerpoint.  

• Have excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail and organisational skills 

• Have a passion for collaborating with people 

• Understand the principles of GDPR and maintain confidentiality.
