Logistics Porter

2 days per week  (16 hours) to be worked across a 7 day week

£9.00 per hour

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a logistics Porter to join Rowans Hospice Charity. Logistics porter will be responsible for supporting the logistics driver in organising and managing the daily safe collection, delivery and/or distribution of donations, stock and other Rowans Hospice items, ensuring that the Rowans Hospice vehicles are used and organised in a cost-effective way and utilised to their full potential.

We are particularly looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, ability to lift and manoeuvre furniture safely, ability to work flexibly within a multi-skilled team, applicants must be a minimum age of 25 years for insurance purposes, experience of driving a van is desirable

There will also be the opportunity to work additional hours to support annual leave cover, this could be up to a maximum of 40 hours per week. A clean, full UK driving license is essential
