Health Care Support Worker – Hospice at Home
2 shifts per week, 7.5 hours. Alternate weekends to be worked.
£22, 383- £24,335 depending on experience
We have exciting opportunities for two Health Care Support Workers to join our Hospice at Home team at Rowans Hospice Charity. Building on the success of our dedicated community based service, we are looking for Health Care Support Workers to join the team to assist in the delivery of high standard palliative care in the community.
Role profile:
You will be required to work alternate weekends, a rolling shift on a rotational basis and hold a Level 3 qualification in Health Care or equivalent. The successful applicant will hold NVQ 3 or equivalent and will be able to demonstrate experience of a working in the community and/or within a Palliative Care environment.
A full Driving Licence and access to own car is essential for this role.
