Health Care Support Worker, Nights – Hospice at Home

31.5 hours per week; 3 night shifts, 1-2 shifts alternate weekends (negotiable)

Band 3 – £21,730.00 – £23,177.00 depending on experience

NVQ 3 or equivalent or Palliative Care or Community Experience

Full Driving Licence and access to own car is required for the role.

Building on the success of our existing team, we are looking for a HCSW to join our night team to assist in the delivery of high standard palliative care in the community. This position has been created specifically to strengthen the resource available for night sits within the home and responses to SOS calls in the area for three-night shifts per week.

You will be required to work flexibly across all nights on a rotational basis and hold a Level 3 qualification in Health Care or equivalent.

Enhancements paid for evening and weekends.
