Clinical Lead
Salary: £47,125 – £49,972 p.a. + on-call allowance
Hours: 37.5 hours p.w. + rotational on-call
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly motivated clinician, who can provide clinical leadership and management of the Charity’s Clinical Services: In-patient Unit, Hospice at Home, and Social Work team. We are seeking someone who has proven experience in specialist palliative care service development and clinical leadership. Applicants will need an evidenced professional background of at least five years post qualification, and managerial experience of at least two years at Band 7, with clear demonstration of professional leadership and change management.
The successful candidate will demonstrate professional clinical leadership within a hospice environment and will be accountable for all clinical and nursing practices, and their compliancy with regulation and legislation. There will also be a requirement to teach and to conduct audits.
