Charity Retail Administrator

2 x 16hrs ( 2 x 8hrs, across 2 days, 08:00 – 16:30)

£11.89 per hour

An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Administrators to join our Retail Team working 16 hours each a week. They will be required to provide efficient and professional administration support within the day to day Retail Operation.

We are looking for 2 persons who are able to work in an organised way with the ability to develop a systematic approach and to deliver an excellent internal and external customer service, while supporting the Head of Retail.

Responsibilities and tasks of the Retail Administrator will include: (Full Job Description sent out on applying)

  • To ensure all retail administration and information is accurately recorded and updated on an ongoing basis.
  • Managing records, processing paperwork, maintaining inventory systems and ensuring compliance with charity policies and processes
  • To support in manpower planning, absence management across retail shops
  • To ensure shops have updated rotas and H&S information recorded
  • To prepare financial reports related to retail operation
  • To prepare record and complete administration tasks in relation to Retail customer feedback compliments, complaints, incidents and accidents.
  • To prepare and complete administration tasks in relation to retail additional hours on a monthly basis
  • To monitor Retail and Maintenance emails and action where needed

The successful candidates will;

  • Have excellent administrative skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload, and to re-organise and multi task
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • A team player with a customer-oriented approach
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
