Rowans Hospice Charity is searching for a Relief Shop Manager who will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of management across our estate of retail shops on an ‘as and when needed’ basis covering periods of annual leave and absence.
The post holder will manage all aspects of the retail shop in the absence of the Shop Manager and will work alongside a dedicated team of staff and volunteers.
As well as ensuring an outstanding customer experience you will also be expected to actively promote all Rowans initiatives and campaigns to promote awareness of the Charity.
We are particularly interested in speaking to people who have retail shop management experience, well developed interpersonal skills and proven leadership skills. The post holder will need to hold a full clean driving licence and to own a vehicle in order to work across our estate of shops.
