Erika Lipscombe

I have worked in palliative care since Rowans Hospice opened; joining the team initially as a nurse on the ward.  Alongside my senior colleagues, my current role allows me to ensure we provide the best possible care for patients and families; to support staff and volunteers to ensure they can provide the best possible care and I am proud to be part of an organisation that considers the palliative care needs for the local area. I am fortunate to be part of a leadership team that is empowering and developing a team for the future and most importantly, that we ensure the delivery of high quality outstanding care to patients and families requiring hospice care and support.​
