
Yoga for Grief is a gentle 5-week programme offering a safe and compassionate space to move, breathe, and simply be. Each 60-minute session combines gentle, adaptable movement, breathe awareness, guided relaxation, and optional journaling or creative reflection.
The programme is intentionally designed to support those living with grief, providing a dedicated, non-judgemental space to process emotions, find comfort, and build resilience at your own pace.
