The aim of physiotherapy is to optimise physical activity in order to maintain functional independence at times of changing physical status. This means focusing on the ability to perform everyday activities and develop a constructive approach that will have positive benefits to well-being and quality of life and includes addressing significant psycho-emotional issues such as anxiety, loss of confidence or low self-esteem.

Treatment is planned after a comprehensive assessment may be individual or as part of a group.
