We will make every effort to get your order ready as soon as possible. As our elephants are very kindly made by willing volunteers, we are unable to guarantee a time for your order, but we can guarantee your elephant will be made with love.
Now you have made your order, please bring the items of clothing in to Rowans Living Well Centre on Purbrook Heath Road, Purbrook, Waterlooville, PO7 5RU between 10am-4pm Monday to Friday.
We estimate your elephant will be ready 4 weeks after placing your order.
We will call you when your Memory Elephant is ready to collect from Rowans Living Well Centre. If you are unable to collect please contact us to discuss postage options on 023 9224 8006.
