Monday to Friday

£22,816.50 – £24,335.85 FTE

Hospice Companions is a service which aims to increase the level of independence, choice and control of people living within their own homes within the last year of life. The service will fulfil this aim by providing:
Emotional support
Practical support

The post holder will work under direction of the Deputy Living Well Centre Manager. The post holder will provide support for volunteers, assess needs of clients requesting service and where required offer teaching support.

To work alongside Living Well Centre Staff and admin, ensuring the administration within the Living Well Centre runs smoothly.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing secretarial support with experience of Microsoft office in particular the use of work and outlook and the ability to process data and maintain a database. A full clean driving license and use of a car is essential.
