Health Care Support Worker, In Patient Unit
30 hours per week
£23,501.00 – £25,065.93 per annum FTE, dependant on experience.
The Rowans Hospice Charity is an independent organisation offering specialist palliative care to patients with life limiting disease, located in Waterlooville, Hampshire.
As a Charity, we offer opportunities for palliative support to patients and their families over an extensive range of in-patient and out-patient services; we pride ourselves on our excellent care for patients, their families, our staff and volunteers. The Hospice is proud to have been rated as outstanding in the latest CQC inspection.
We currently have an opportunity available for a Health Care Support Worker to join our In-Patient Unit team at Rowans Hospice Charity.
Role profile:
The successful applicant will hold NVQ 3 or equivalent and will be able to demonstrate experience within a Palliative Care environment.
You will be required to work four 7.5 hr shifts per week,  or five 12.5 hr shift over two weeks. 
The role offers a competitive salary, and in addition you will receive enhancements for working weekend, evening and bank holiday shifts.
