The Living Well Centre is an established community drop in centre situated adjacent to Rowans Hospice providing information, support, therapies and group activities for anyone living with a life limiting illness in the community, carers support and those that have been bereaved. Since the start of the pandemic we have converted our services to telephone support and introduced virtual support working within the NHS government guidelines. You will be working with a nurse led team with other professionals working at the hospice and volunteers.

We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Health Care Support Worker to join the existing team to cover maternity leave.  The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
