Rowans Hospice provides specialist palliative care to people in Portsmouth and SE Hampshire from our 22-bed unit at Purbrook health and through our community-based services; we employ almost 300 people. We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and creative senior HR professional to ensure that we become, and remain, the local employer of choice in our sector.
