The Marketing and Fundraising Team have a great opportunity for a charismatic and imaginative volunteer to work within the team to support Income Generation tasks.
The Income Generation Support role will provide excellent customer service to current and potential supporters and donors and bring an energy to this unique environment.
We require a passionate person who can infuse positivity and encouragement to the workplace, who is warm and open-minded, caring, inspiring and sensitive to the requirements of Rowans Hospice. This is an extremely busy environment so we desire someone who can work collaboratively and independently, able to think and adapt to changing needs, using your communication and empathy skills to handle challenging workplace situations.
A successful Volunteer would need to demonstrate proven customer service experience, excellent communication, interpersonal and IT skills; a good understanding of social media engagement and other marketing communication channels and a flexibility to attend some fundraising events.
If you have had business administration, donor experience or marketing and fundraising experience this would be extremely desirable.
In order to support the wider Income Generation team, a full clean driving licence and transport would be advantageous.
