We have great opportunities for commercially minded and community focused people who will lead a diverse team of people, taking a pro-active approach in the generation of donated stock, processing donations to the agreed standards and timescales to minimise stock loss and maximise income for the Charity.
You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard in all administration, financial management, cash handling, daily banking, security procedures and housekeeping tasks, taking the initiative to work with the wider retail team to share best practice and develop sales and the operation.
We are particularly interested in speaking to people who have retail experience, well developed interpersonal skills and proven leadership experience. In order to support the teams in other shops when required, a full clean driving licence and transport is a requirement of the role.
You will take a proactive interest in recruiting, developing and retaining your employees and volunteers, ensuring that they meet their personal aspirations as well as upholding the reputation that the Rowans Hospice is renowned for.
As well as ensuring an outstanding customer experience you will also be expected to actively promote all Rowans initiatives and campaigns to promote awareness of the Charity.
Rowans Retail is proud to support Rowans Hospice by providing a reliable source of income, enabling support to the community when it matters most. Why not come and join our expanding team.
