Jenny Redman

My background is in nursing and I joined the Rowans team when the Hospice opened in 1994. I have always been very passionate about the quality of care we provide to patients and families, and I strive to achieve the highest standards possible. I am also responsible for the estates, including leadership of the new build of the Rowans Living Well Centre and the recent Hospice renovations. As a member of the Senior Management Team, I can ensure that ongoing care quality improvement is at the top of our agenda. I have experienced Hospice services first-hand and cannot speak highly enough about the aftercare and support provided to me. This is why I have worked at the Hospice for the past 28 years, and look forward to its further refurbishment and development in readiness for the next 25 years.
