Take on the National Three Peaks Challenge and climb the three highest peaks of Scotland, England and Wales, all whilst supporting local Hospice care. The total walking distance is 23 miles (37km) and the total ascent is 3064 metres (10,052ft). You can either take part in a professionally organised event or organise your own. Read more information on each of these on the official website.
The Open event is the perfect way for small groups and individuals to take part in the Challenge. On these dates, we group together individuals and small groups of a similar level of fitness, to complete the challenge together, with the help of our mountain guides and support staff.

Three Peaks Challenge set out their own recommendations for you to organise your own challenge. There are no strict rules, but things like having dedicated drivers, getting all the proper kit, your schedule and planning your routes, are very important.
Registration costs £6 per person, and is available at threepeakschallenge.org.uk
It is thanks to people like you that we are able to keep providing our services free of charge.
For this challenge we suggested you raise £250 sponsorship which will directly support the work of Rowans Hospice, supporting those living with a life-limiting illness, as well as their significant others and families, in the South East of Hampshire, including Portsmouth.
