A four-week course on how to live well with a life-limiting illness, you are welcome to attend all four sessions, or just choose the ones that you are most interested in.
The course covers:
Week 1: Fatigue – understand its impact and explore coping strategies
Week 2: Stress & Anxiety – know symptoms and develop coping strategies
Week 3: Sleep – know what disturbs sleep and improve sleep habits
Week 4: Pain management – using a non-pharmacological approach
