Chair-Based Exercise

Tuesdays 10:00 - 11:00 or 14:00 - 15:00
Fridays 10:00 - 11:00

This is an hour-long exercise group with exercises based around a chair. Some exercises will be sitting and some will be standing. The idea is to make exercising fun and help maintain movement, balance, and muscle strength.

Course held: At the Living Well Centre.
