@samdraycott Hi Sam - names were in The News on Monday. We don't have details of the times taken to do the walk as it is not a race. Thanks!Wed Jun 22 08:15:48
Last year The Rowans Hospice raised over £32,000 from its collection boxes. This alone pays for 45 days of individual in-patient care. Which is why a penny saved is a penny earned.
By collecting your loose change or by having a collecting boxes for others to put money in, you’re helping to keep our services completely free of charge.
Help us turn pennies into pounds of support for The Rowans Hospice by having a home collection box for all your loose change.
When your box is full simply count up the money and send us a cheque payable to The Rowans Hospice. Or you can simply bring it to the hospice. We’ll post you a receipt and give you a replacement on request.
Big surprises come in little boxes and you’ll be amazed at how quickly your small change soon adds up!
Why not arrange for a collection box to go in your local pub, café, or workplace today and start making a difference with the support of your friends, customers and work colleagues. When it’s full, call us and we’ll come and collect it, send you a receipt and replace it at your request.
Remember, it doesn’t matter how much you raise. Small change from many people makes a big difference to a lot of lives.
All our staff and volunteers wear identity badges making them easy to recognise as bona fide representatives of The Rowans Hospice.
