We have a multi-million pound turnover and employ approximately 300 people with over 1,500 volunteers across the Hospice and The Trading Company.

Rowans care agency is recruiting a Deputy Care Manager/Co-ordinator to join our new care agency based in Fareham.  Rowans Care Agency Ltd is a local agency that prides itself in providing the highest quality care services within the local community.

The role of a Deputy Manager/Co-ordinator brings challenges as well as rewards. You will need to be kind, compassionate, have patience and have an ability to listen. We support clients with a variety of different needs that may include adults with learning disabilities and end of life care. Stamina to meet both the physical and emotional demands of providing care and support services is essential.

The ideal candidate will be fully conversant with rostering, monitoring and on call IT systems. You will hold an NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care with two years’ experience working as a Senior Carer and three years’ experience of working within Domiciliary Care.

The use of a vehicle and a full clean driving license is essential

Staff Nurse - Hospice at Home Service

Full and part time positions available

£25,409 pro rata


The Hospice at Home Service are expanding their services to support patients returning home from the ward and in some cases supporting nursing homes who are not equipped to cope with the complex nature of care required by our patients.


We are looking to recruit a number of trained nurses to join the existing team of trained and untrained nurses to continue to deliver the high standard of care across the service.


The successful candidates will be NMC registered and have experience in palliative care.  One year's post registration experience is essential.  Ideally you will hold a post qualifying qualification, however this is not essential.


All candidates must have a full clean diriving license and have access to a car.
