Staff Nurse - Hospice at Home Service
Full and part time positions available
£25,409 pro rata
The Hospice at Home Service are expanding their services to support patients returning home from the ward and in some cases supporting nursing homes who are not equipped to cope with the complex nature of care required by our patients.
We are looking to recruit a number of trained nurses to join the existing team of trained and untrained nurses to continue to deliver the high standard of care across the service.
The successful candidates will be NMC registered and have experience in palliative care. One year's post registration experience is essential. Ideally you will hold a post qualifying qualification, however this is not essential.
All candidates must have a full clean diriving license and have access to a car.
