HR Advisor £20,000 p.a.
Due to a restructure within the Human Resources Department we have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Advisor to join our team.
You will work closely with the HR Business Partner and Administrator to provide an excellent service to the Hospice and Trading Subsidiaries. You will advise on HR related matters and support all aspects of the department, in particular recruitment and selection and maintaining current HR systems and the development of new systems.
The ideal candidate will hold a Certificate in Personnel Practice and have a desire to continue their studies to achieve full CIPD status. You will have a minimum of two years generalist HR experience and have excellent communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative. Experience of the Care Agency sector would be an advantage.

You will be responsible for contributing to and assisting with the catering services provided within the hospice for patients, visitors, staff and functions held at the hospice.
You will be expected to carry out duties without direct supervision and to supervise, where necessary, catering assistants.
The successful candidate will have catering experience and hold a City and Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent. A certificate in Food Hygiene is essential.
