Hospice at Home Staff Nurse
37.5 hours per week
£24,786 per annum
The successful candidate will be required to work 1 in 2 weekends and will receive appropriate shift allowance for weekend/bank holiday and evening working.

£12,246 per annum
You will provide support to palliative care patients referred for physiotherapy; you will be responsible for treating patients according to set treatments plans and monitor patient progression and modify plans as required.
The successful candidate will hold an NVQ level 3 in Diagnostic and Therapeutic Support or in Health and Social Care, with a proven track record of working as a Physiotherapy Assistant or Healthcare Support Worker working in a related clinical field.

We are recruiting for trained and un-trained nurses to provide cover on a casual basis within the community for the Hospice at Home Service.

Fundraiser37.5 hours per week
We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic fundraiser to join our existing team of fundraisers. You will be responsible for organising key hospice fundraising events and in turn maximising income for the hospice.
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level within this area of work and have a proven track record of organising fundraising events with defined targets. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to work as part of a team and on ones own initiative are key attributes. Excellent IT skills are also essential. You will be expected to work out of hours when required.
